The Business of Food Presents: Our 'A Taste of Success' sessions demonstrate how different food businesses strive for success according to their own personal and business goals. Inspiring guests share their experience & discuss what success means to them which is followed by Q&A time and networking.

Hosted by The Business of Food, we also discuss support programs available for those getting established in the Food Industry or wanting to expand their existing food manufacturing business.

Tonight's guests are Dr Jonathan Middis, from Tamu Innovations which has developed Five10Fibre™ - a functional food ingredient derived from the fibre-dense parts of the natural sugar cane plant; and Maria Glover, from Glovely who make a Kefir based pro biotic gelato, based on a traditional Irish recipe.
