Join The Fermentary for a 3 hour workshop at Worksmith!

What is Kombucha, and how is JUN any different? How can there be water AND milk kefir? Touch and feel all of them (if you like) make a batch and second ferment to take home. Choose a SCOBY to be yours forever.

There'll be a focus on real milk kefir this time - with the extensions - butter, labneh and creme fraiche.

We'll also go through the various and MANY naturally sparkling drinks - how how to get them going on your own kitchen bench. 

Water kefir, and fermenty snacks provided.

TAKE HOME: 2nd ferment water kefir, a SCOBY, Cultured Butter, and a whey soda to ferment at home.
