Pouring beers and serving parmas, running a pub is easy, right?
Wrong, have you ever wondered what is it really like to run a pub. Join Anthony Hammond co-owner of the Builders Arms in Fitzroy & Victoria Hotel, Footscray as he sits down with us for the March Not Too Early talks.
Pubs are in Anthony Hammond’s blood. The son of publicans, Hammond chose to follow his parents’ footsteps and was the manager of the Prince Public Bar in Saint Kilda before he went into pub ownership at the Commercial Club Hotel in Fitzroy.
If you have ever wanted to own a pub, this is the guy to learn from.
The cost to attend a Not Too Early talk is $20 and the numbers are limited.
We’ll have tea, filter coffee and pastries from North Fitzroy’s Loafer Bread for the session.
Check out the program and join us, not too early, for the Not Too Early sessions.
